We had a very busy and fun weekend at the Green Mountain Fiber Festival in White River Junction, VT. This was the last of five fiber events we’ve done since late Sept. Fiber festivals are a lot of fun and a lot of work. It’s been great to see so many old fiber friends and meet many new ones. We have a break until late Feb when we set up to vend at Spa, Spin & Knit in Freeport. ME. Until then, I’ll be busy skirting fiber to send off to the mill and skeining and dyeing yarn. Maybe I’ll find time to come up with a new pattern or two. I’d like to do a pair of fingerless mitts with our hand painted sock yarn. We’ll see…
