Lasting fineness! This is the most important trait that Aria inherited from her sire, multi-champion SNOWSHOE Aristides.
Aria is a beautiful, well conformed alpaca with a calm temperament. Her fleece is dense and fine with well defined architecture. As you can see, Aria is maintaining a fine fleece as she ages – that’s something we really value in our breeding program!
On her dam’s side, Aria can trace her line back to such notable ancestors as Sinopsis Nocturna and Shackleton – that’s where Aria gets her color. On her sire’s side, she has 4Peruvian Legacy and Pperuvian Pluro. We believe Aria has the ability bring excellent fleece traits to a colored breeding program.
Aria has given birth to several cria and has proven to be an excellent mother. Last year we bred her to our black herdsire, CCNF Onyx, and she recently gave birth to a healthy dark brown male cria.
